One can take good learning of his or her own field if you are a fresher. Seniors are there for your support. Pretty good to join as a fresher but surviving there is a great challenge.

Dislikes

No security, you can join today and they will terminate ypu tomorrow. When you're unable to satisfy their demand, they don't give chances but just turn you out.
