Zero accountability is taken by principals and associate partners, associates and analysts are blamed for everything. Team leads don't know how to set expectations and scope of work with clients. This leads to creating false sense of urgency and unnecessary workload on associates and analysts. Working on weekends, running late night calls till 1 am is very common and there is no gratitude for hard work. Management does not understand the concept of work life balance. Their policies are vaguely and loosely defined. Hence the management and HR uses this to exploit associates and analysts to deny them of good appraisal and will give any random logic to decrease the annual bonus of analysts and associates.
