I found the caliber of colleagues at my previous organization to be notably higher, despite the challenging work environment that existed.
Dislikes
I would like to provide feedback on my previous organization. The company had challenging performance targets that were difficult to meet. Additionally, the company culture was characterized by excessive micro-management. There was a lack of sufficient training and tools provided for optimal work performance. These factors collectively impacted my experience during my time with the organization.
