Huge politics involved, they strategically first make you fall into PIP. I have all the proofs that I have been deliberately pushed into PIP but even HR director is also a puppet of the management. They just say one thing forget all this and move ahead and look for new job

It was the worst experience ever the managers are horrible, there is no work life balance, they do not care about their employees. Very arrogant managers. Nothing at all to like here.

1) No work life balance for night shift employees 2) Toxic work culture 3) As per offer letter there is 9 hours job but in real there is 12 hours job on daily basis and after 25 of every month it should be 15 hours and there is no over time payment 4) This is 3rd party company so they focus only customer not there employees 5) Attrition rate is more than 30 percent thats the reason there is always hiring is going on 6) you can join the company if you don't have job otherwise don't join this specially night shift 7) Don't join night shift for commercial lending process(Lon ops team) for gurgaon location, in this process 3 employee are hospitalized and 10 employees leave the company in just 1 year due to bad management, excess work load, health issue , toxic work culture.Even hospitalized employee complaint to HR about the process then HR say that either resign and join the night shift 8) So don't spoil your career to join this company and this is not company this is dukaan which is open 24*7....Read More

Company is ok to work with. However there infrastructure is not good. Promotion policy is not good. Salaries are less. Work environment is ok, mostly depends upon how your manager behaves. Lastly, They have very limited parking slots.

Dislikes

Promotion policy, no learnings, they use employee and harass them for promotion. Salary hike is like you are asking too much.

Favoritism with Cians team - its hard to believe that some with just 5 years of experience became "Assistant Director" without any real knowledge. One of the Associate Director says that HR is merely a management puppet that only listen to us. I heard that Associate Director in Cians team promoted early as he was biggest bootlickerand heavy drinker, now he is making cartel of his team in leu of promotion & appraisals, and removed intelligent / genuine people from his team who were not his bootlickers.
