1) No work life balance for night shift employees 2) Toxic work culture 3) As per offer letter there is 9 hours job but in real there is 12 hours job on daily basis and after 25 of every month it should be 15 hours and there is no over time payment 4) This is 3rd party company so they focus only customer not there employees 5) Attrition rate is more than 30 percent thats the reason there is always hiring is going on 6) you can join the company if you don't have job otherwise don't join this specially night shift 7) Don't join night shift for commercial lending process(Lon ops team) for gurgaon location, in this process 3 employee are hospitalized and 10 employees leave the company in just 1 year due to bad management, excess work load, health issue , toxic work culture.Even hospitalized employee complaint to HR about the process then HR say that either resign and join the night shift 8) So don't spoil your career to join this company and this is not company this is dukaan which is open 24*7....Read More

I would say job security. Company don't lay off its employees in cases. Trust on employees is one of the best things I like here.

Although the company works on hybrid model there is no time for family and friends. Annually we have around 40 leaves but hardly you can get 20 leaves due to work.

There is nothing to like in acuity. All the senior are sitting last decades and they have full power to do anything. No one can take care of you and they need only output only. Doesn’t matter what’s going with you. What is your interest what is role, nothing that kind of work.

Cheapest politics. You will feel so bad, somedays u might feel to suicide not coz of the work pressure but the colleagues. Such behaviour of seniors and other bootlickers. Top management is senseless and so reacts to small issues fetched by bootlickers. Better not to join.

Huge politics involved, they strategically first make you fall into PIP. I have all the proofs that I have been deliberately pushed into PIP but even HR director is also a puppet of the management. They just say one thing forget all this and move ahead and look for new job

Nothing much.. they use emoyees as laborers. Most of the manager and all above him was all exploiters. HR compliance all are just for name sake. The specialized solutions department is worst.

Nothing to like about acuity finance department. I'm writing specifically as finance department because I can not rate acuity as a company as I have not worked in each and every department but I can surely rate finance department as the worse department I have ever worked.
