Renumeration was pretty high as per the industry standards

My experience at ACL digital was the worst I've ever had to face, even after knowing the process and handling critical issue, experienced employees were neglected at the time of promotions and appraisals, and the employees who have joined just 4 to 5 months back were chosen.... The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
