Almost everything! One of the worst companies to work for! If you thrive in a place with zero processes, minimal guidance and bad management, go and join this firm! I was working as a Product manager in PAG group under Atul and Piyush. The Product leadership struggles to identify a clear goal for all modules/ projects, does fake mockup creations for product features they dont have, will never have, garnering clients and gartner reviews in a fake manner. The leadership pushes you to work on weekends, demotivating you if you refuse to do so. The HRBP is no help either, with all senior folks pushing the ball to each other's plates and no one coming around to help the employee! I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy! This was a terrible experience for me , the company does not have any processes in place , benefits and policies are the worst , the company is 20 years old but does not know how to make it employee friendly or more process orientated when it comes to onboarding, training process literally is horrible and no one knows what is going on - you can call it a khatta book company where no record is on JIRA or management tool it's all verbal.....god save us from such companies...Read More
