It's a nice organization with a dynamic supportive environtment that fosters creativity and growth. It's collaborative culture and fantastic team spirit make challenges enjoyable. A special thanks to my RM for his guidance and support, enhancing the experience.

Dislikes

Let's call it area of improvement. Need to speed-up hardware procurement to minimize downtime and boost productivity. Need to increase WFH flexibility for employees with distant families beyond 5 days a month. Need to revise more salary structure and benefits to match with top industry standards, and optimize TDS to make it more employee friendly.
