Dislikes

Let's call it area of improvement. Need to speed-up hardware procurement to minimize downtime and boost productivity. Need to increase WFH flexibility for employees with distant families beyond 5 days a month. Need to revise more salary structure and benefits to match with top industry standards, and optimize TDS to make it more employee friendly.

I like the start up culture in terms of work exposure and MNC culture in terms of job stability this organisation provides. They are working on latest technologies like react.js, ML, NLP (GenAI, LLMs etc.)

Not worth it initially they said they give good appraisal and all later they change the cycle, and Saturday working without comp off or any other holiday payout working more than 9 hours daily. So hectic lately.
