No compensation for working in weekend. Manager commits deadline without analysing the teams availability. Toxic environment no work from home allow if there is a work depends on you. Strictly 9 hours commitment required.

...time it take time for whole day so we have to do work at 1 or 2 at night also. No bonus not geeting pramotion earlier Management is not that much good which mostly MNC company have.

...to date with the industry. Good compensations as per current industry standards. Salary is On-time. Organization runs very good Rewards & Recognition programs internally.

There are resource crunches sometimes in the middle of the project that PM will have to manage somehow. 5 days working from office. Hybrid work culture can be adopted.

It's a nice organization with a dynamic supportive environtment that fosters creativity and growth. It's collaborative culture and fantastic team spirit make challenges enjoyable. A special thanks to my RM for his guidance and support, enhancing the experience.

...rease WFH flexibility for employees with distant families beyond 5 days a month. Need to revise more salary structure and benefits to match with top industry standards, and optimize TDS to make it more employee friendly.

The leadership here takes you under their wing and groom you for the real world. Does not matter if you stay or in the org or not, here you'll learn life lessons that will help you excel in the real world. Variety of learning opportunities. Market competitive in technology and CRM.

Dislikes

The organization does not seem so flexible on salary negotiation for their own employees. You can enter with a high package but getting your worth while working in the organization seems like a task. Too rigid on 'work from office' policy even for people who work very hard.
