Fresher and new joinee experience have issue to learn and get knowledge in faster way.even 2years and more than that experience person also does not have good knowledge. Workbalance - for P1 issue and escalation issue we have to work till the issue does not resolve.sometime it take time for whole day so we have to do work at 1 or 2 at night also. You are screwed up if you get Gulf country project. You will be forced to work on weekends and will have to extend work timings every day by 2 hours approximately. No extra perks for the same. Increment is not upto the mark after extending work timings and working on weekends.
