No compensation for working in weekend. Manager commits deadline without analysing the teams availability. Toxic environment no work from home allow if there is a work depends on you. Strictly 9 hours commitment required.

If you show some talent, they will put a lot of work on you, that way you will learn more but in some departments like Cloud you will be told to learn new things but they will not give you opportunity to actually perform. It seems dynamic but it is stagnant. There is very much confusion within teams about the work and the top level people creates chaos and play with talent just in the name of good appraisal and variable which ultimately will be average through the organisation.Leadership also does favourism at its peak. Leadership promotes ambiguity within teams. Most of the top level people show the work and show dinamisity just to justify their compensation every day. So many employees who have spent long term are pro in buttering for the variable pay and penny bonus. Every weekend one or other team would be working on weekends(managers and leadership promotes weekend working).

Managers play politics instead of working. Have a buch of opd people who don't know what they are doing. Lot of manual process instead of automation.

You are screwed up if you get Gulf country project. You will be forced to work on weekends and will have to extend work timings every day by 2 hours approximately. No extra perks for the same. Increment is not upto the mark after extending work timings and working on weekends.

Colleagues are very helpful .

Fresher and new joinee experience have issue to learn and get knowledge in faster way.even 2years and more than that experience person also does not have good knowledge. Workbalance - for P1 issue and escalation issue we have to work till the issue does not resolve.sometime it take time for whole day so we have to do work at 1 or 2 at night also.
