The organization does not seem so flexible on salary negotiation for their own employees. You can enter with a high package but getting your worth while working in the organization seems like a task. Too rigid on 'work from office' policy even for people who work very hard.

Work Culture is flexible. Managers are friendly and easily approachable. Structured format towards deliverable and development that is conducted. Appraisal and Bonus cycles are timely and as decided during your employment.

Working remotely is not allowed but there is freedom exercised from the HR towards the employees to avail 5 days' work from home in a month.
