For someone who is interested in product development, it is a good place to grow.

Dislikes

There was no training program for college freshers. This led to tremendous difficulties later on. Managers were very inconsiderate and wanted us to work at the pace of senior developers. There are no other benefits apart from salary, not even subsidised lunch. The company is very slow growing even though it has been around for long and has next to no facilities. Company culture is very poor and some of the oldest people behave however they wish with others. There is very poor communication and documentation leading to a lot of wastage in time.
