Only good thing about company is that they don’t record the working hours.

They fool you by saying that variable will be given Bt that is called as Performance bonus which they always cut depending on the rating you get from manager. The variable is not given as promised in offer letter.

No cafeteria, people do not follow the mails culture instead they gollow phone calls culture. BA jobs and roles are entirely different what it should be. Things could have been managed in. Better way.

Nothing much, just a fancy glimpse of CRMused in banking sector but they are not exactly using much out of it.

1. No job security. 2. Rude hr and not much company policies. 3. Not a visionary strategies about the product,Developers are just writing and erasing the code. 4. No Wfh policy, mandatory 9 hrs. 5.Don't get into showoff package as If you are married then don't think for long term except for even let say 6 months until you are fired even when you are performing . 6. Too much politics at higher level, you get promoted only when the person above you gets a promotion. Most of the benefits given to people who are 15+ years old in organization or VP above. Middle management feels ignored.
