I like the start up culture in terms of work exposure and MNC culture in terms of job stability this organisation provides. They are working on latest technologies like react.js, ML, NLP (GenAI, LLMs etc.)

So far I haven't noticed any significant need of improvement that this organisation requires.

There is no such environment to upgrade skills , training is provided on product (to use product) instead of product technical training(functional training) for the technical guys because after completion of training (1month) on the floor manager is expecting without giving any hint you will capable of doing things proper without any bug and high authority are not helping nature , manager or team lead behavior is very rude, they hired for some technology and when you will be on the floor they are expecting something else technology to work upon. No body will be able to listen your point. So please try to avoid such type of company....Read More

No work life balance , every where politics and often people are not taking to take any responsibility and behavior is very rude . This experience I have seen within 6 month.
