Great Place to work. Very polite and courteous people. Very friendly, Transparent and very professional. The management is open to accept employee's suggestion to make them happy. Highly qualified people to guide you to handle situations. They are way too different that normal BPO's and KPOs.

Work Details

Very Challenging, However, people were supportive and cooperative. Many suggestions were heard by the management and they were ready to implement new policies too. I learn a lot on being more polite and courteous towards fellow member.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
