Salary during hiring is good & job security is at its best. During recession time also company respects employee condition and there was no layoff.

Dislikes

Yearly increment is not good. no proper pantry no hardware given except laptop. Employee should get a extr monitor, headphone, mouse. Which are essential for calls. But they are not providing. For new joiner also headphone qualities are not good. They need to work life balance. Its verry poor

Disclaimer: This is heavily dependent on the team you're in. Relatively better than other companies in terms of culture. But slowly degrading. Relatively easy to approach the leaders than other companies.

The company has a beautiful culture that helps balance work with office fun and celebrations. I think that takes out most of the stress.

Dislikes

The upper management is more interested in saying yes to the client rather than thinking if it can fit the deadline or is possible or not, I think we need someone stronger to handle the things that works in favor of both clients and employees.

You will treat well till you deployed at client. Once you get released from client then you are noone .

Work culture is 😭, why because after completing 4/5 years people will treat you like an outsider and if you get released from a client then no other option than leaving the company. Feeling pity for them who have well established job and for sale of salary they join here

I would say employees friendly and they give priority to employees and their concerns always. There are many reasons to say like Job security and work life balance. and at the same time internal events where all employees can engage each other without knowing or working with them.

I have a concern on salary packages , salaries should be justified as per the employees experience. this is the only thing i have noticed and should be addressed .
