The company has a beautiful culture that helps balance work with office fun and celebrations. I think that takes out most of the stress.

Dislikes

The upper management is more interested in saying yes to the client rather than thinking if it can fit the deadline or is possible or not, I think we need someone stronger to handle the things that works in favor of both clients and employees.

Compensation is only good at Accolite.

Dislikes

There is no job security. You are out of client project they hired you for, then you will not get into any other project. HR will forcefully start your notice period and ask you to look outside. And if you find a job outside before completing 3 months notice period. They will not pay you notice period compensation. No clarity on type of projects they have. I guess there is nothing likable about an organization if it has an attitude of zero employee appreciation and retention. Inconsiderate and do not care about the employee and their efforts.

Dislikes

Your job is not secure in this organization. You are asked to work even on holidays and be supportive to clients by showing your efforts even on a holiday but you are not going to get anything out of it, because it is a way to exploit. During every appraisal time, the company is at a loss and that's the excuse given while giving youa hike in single digits.
