Nothing specific, but one thing is that they try to pay you at the beginning while you get into the company. And thereafter no hikes or promotions as expected.

Dislikes

No proper hikes, no proper promotion. The project will be random and you won't even expect that at times. Also there is no proper team management and no skilled higher management.

A lot of properties for growth and you will be the owner of your delivery. Accolite follows open culture where you can reach out to any person to discuss your concerns or help. Accolite will package better than the industry standards.

Your evenings will be occupied with delivery and discussions. The finance process is not up to the mark compared with other companies food coupon payout might take more than 10 days from the salary date and any delay w.r.t payout will not be communicated in advance.

I had low expectations TBH, but they surprised me quite a lot in a lot of ways. For example, I wasn't expecting a lot of support during the Covid-19 times, but they not only offered free jabs for its employees, but also for their spouse. I mean in a big organization, I can expect that, but Accolite isn't as big as other players. Also, their HRs are proactive in a lot of ways.
