The leaders are corrupted, always over thinking and cornering juniors. Career assassination and dirty politics is played and entertainment for few top leaders. Promoting they favourite players is common.

Transportation: pick up and drop not providing on daily basis. No growth and career, very very slow. you'll tired doing only production. From AR caller - TL will take 12-15 years. Better to work in other company and get promoted and then join Access Healthcare. One should not work more than 2 years. SME work for only 1 years and move to other company as TL with higher salary. Pay is very low, for higher pay one should join Guidehouse company. No allowances provided by access healthcare. Guidehouse is providing night shift allowance, incentives, gifts, quarterly party, trips and many more. Guidehouse is a consulting company and you will get 10-20k more than access healthcare. and access healthcare is a call center. no training provided. food provided by vendor is not good and very expensive. very bad environment here in kosmo as people taking illegal things. I didn't like the employee behaviour, the way the SME's and Team leaders treat the employees below them and also the internal politics by them..... I have been fired by them without any reason.

Access has a super cool work environment. Safe and secured ambiance. No work pressure. None will question you until and unless you drop in production and quality.

I don't find any employee benefits and salary growth. Appraisal system can be more better than the current one.

The Director named Sivagnanam, made my life miserable. He was the main reason my health got deteriorated and I had constant panic attacks. He is so biased, uncultured and micro manager. if you know the HR personally they don't care about experience just put you hike than you expect. I've international voice process experience of 2 years plus my salary 20-25, just gave me 3k hike i hv 6 months ar experience (denials), my colleague has tamil voice process experience of years in day shift, their home 25-30k and hike is 10k+just because she knows HR. shaji ravi money destroyed by HR teams. and access is the only company which holds high attrition rate....Read More

Too much Politics and they will make you work more but you won't get any benefits, specially people working in training team their Manager treat like slave, there is one lady manager and she is demanding character, she will abuse you mentally and will treat you like illiterate....so make wise decision before coming here...if you join here even if you want to leave they won't allow you...
