It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. Mostly here are US shfit timings for the workers especially finance and accounts. No leverages or privileges for night shift workers. Even no allwences for shift

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

I think there is not much about the pros of Accenture just that it doesn't release bench employees too soon.

First and main thing, work culture. It has become very toxic and they pull out the hell out of you. A big shout for working mother's please don't join Accenture if you are WFH. They just do not understand the challenges we face as a mother and they expect you to be pro active all the time till late evening as well.
