I only love the salary thing and the colleagues.

Management here. My manager was sleeping with her manager to get the promotion and guess what she even got that. She was level 11 when she joined and now she is level 8 within 5 years. Why am I writing this because she was not a qualified manager due to which the team suffered. She did not have backup plan and was not able to handle the team efficiently. The work job security was strong

At some point, i came across with a very bad managerial behaviour. There was no help from higher level, so ended up leaving company where I don't wanted to leave the company.

Good hike, work life balance.

Variable pay is not good. Once the thinks get automated they remove extra FT's. If the person is looking internal project need to move to the same level I have seen lot of my colleagues felt stressed because of this again they have start from zero because in new deals they cannot give instant promotion have to wait for promotion even after completing all the eligibility parameters.
