If family and comfort matter more, Indore might be the easier choice. But if youāre up for Pune, the salary is definitely tempting....

If youāre comfortable in Indore and want stability, Accenture might be safer. But if you want to take on new challenges, Puneās 25 LPA is hard to pass up.

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesnāt guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. HR couldnāt help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
