No work life balance Mangers always say they can't do anything because of budget. No hiring, no increment, no extra support on resources. Not even a single team even in past 3 years No support from higher ops. No proper backup plan Always changing work pattern Feels like managers don't want to solve problems because they think they will loose their jobs if problems are solved

Dislikes

There was no training before joining the job. It was almost like on has to learn the work on their own. Would not at all recommend for the people who need a little training before starting the job and for those who cannot learn stuffs on their own. Immediate managers are very rude and favouritisms are pretty obvious in work culture.
