It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Good at good experience to join form level 9 and above.

No proper management to give promotions and appraisals. For many years you may stay with same salary and on same career level.

It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. Wasteful leadership, horrible work culture for top performers who are continuously pressed for more and exploited, and poor pay and growth, the smartest and most hard working people are made to compete for 1% promotion quotas while leadership continues wasting money on pointless and 0 client value initiatives.

Friends and family promotion quota Regressive leadership who count the number of years to allot promotions instead of value created Poor infrastructure and working (especially laptops provided) Shocking salaries as compared to market despite somehow charging clients almost 2x as much for each resource Endless useless and aimless initiatives Non stop change of technology systems such as workday and ariba which make any procurement and hr task impossible Totally useless HR which doesn't respond to employees or candidates coming in Unlimited cost cutting on things like dustbins while the same floor gets remodeled every three years. Skill development and learning portal is good but the work environment is worst that even in 10 hrs of shift people are not given sufficient time for personal growth through skills improvement.
