Non IT No value for employees. People don't get P ROMOTION or P ROGRESSION. Extreme fa vour ism, po li tics too the c ore Only if you are in favor of m anagement, bu ttering, b oot lic king then you will be considered for Promotion or Progression If they dont need any employee . They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.
