There is no interaction regarding the kind of courses one must pursue to be recognised and grow. With return to office coming into picture one has to travel to their base Location and can't get a transfer.

Bad leadership and biased decisions, too dirty politics, you will be interviewed for an profile but what you get actual will be completely different work which will screw up your future. Your manager will never be faithful to you, irresponsible and incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

no recognition not and employee oriented company, doesn't think of employees benefits and work life balance. I have been working from 2 years no appraisal or promotion and we have been working 15-16 hrs daily , they are ready recruit new people and replace current one so yeah i don't reccomend it at all

Some leads and people are supportive, work culture is good until you are performing well and not going to office daily.

Dislikes

If you are going to office daily get ready for the corporate politics, toxic managers. They hire alot for operations role but don't provide any night shift allowances, salary is very less, almost no growth, no extra benifits. You will feel demotivated and feel stuck if you are loyal employee to a company.

Learning and career growth is good here, As i was told by someone that Accenture is a good learning playground, After i joined experienced it first hand

You need to be highly competitive wothin your team to get the appreciation for your hard work. Promotions are hold for many simce last 3 years and they aren’t providing good hikes

Mostly here are US shfit timings for the workers especially finance and accounts. No leverages or privileges for night shift workers. Even no allwences for shift
