I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. You will be enjoying Accenture if you have good relation with your manager. They are not entertain other state people, means if you are from other state people except south india then they will be trouble, no1 support you, no1 will bother what you are doing atlast they will not give you anything and they will give you the different reason. Everything is dislike. If you are not from south indian then you will be trouble. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are giving money that means you can't do anything with your employee.

Toxic work environment. If you raise genuine concerns or issues with management they will not listen and then tag it you as complaint box. This will also affect ur rating. Protect their favourites. People who butter the Indian leads gets promotion within a year or two and get good joke. Favouritism is very much prevalent.

High focus on gender diversity has led to inclusion of under deserving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. There was one person named deepraj talpade who was a du lead for the domain Data and Ai at Accenture. As i was a fresher i will be having responsibilities like attending Kt sessions from my superior any new project i get and i should get some guidance and help from them but in my case they use give such big tasks without any Kt and guidance and deepraj as my manager refused to allow my lead to get some guidance and he allowed and asked me for the updates and he used to assign me larger tasks equal to my superiors and he used to scold me in front my whole project team members and he used to blame me for everything he such a rude and psychotic person i hav ever work and he made me be in pip forcefully even they didnot gave any kts and in the pip period as well they said me to work for their project.please Mr sushantha as you are the superor to him please take care of him.how can they keep me in pip while they didnot liked me and he used to show language barriers and location feeling as he was north indian he used to support every north indian over south indian....Read More

I switched to Accenture thinking that it'll have better work culture and the disappointment I had! I don't know how so many sub standard people are working here and how they got hired. I have had people with 14 years of experience ask me how to change the header color of a table on an email and ask me to format their emails. This is just an example. There are tens of such incidents with different people. My DU has been good, because the team was actually another company before which was acquired by Accenture. While I was working for my DU, from people perspective within team everything was good. Once I started working as a loaned resource, all the hell broke loose, the real picture of Accenture become evident. So many incompetent people!! So less proactive people and in this muck even the people who are driven lose their track and motivation because the higher management don't care much about the ground level....Read More
