Nothing is dislike about working at Accenture but I am decided to upgrade myself to another company. There is lack in support by project management; I experienced it. I don’t know each project management behaves likes that but I didn't get satisfied with my project management.

We can learn many things and they will conduct skill development programs which will help you to learn and work on other domains

No Increments,no work culture there are many months where I worked for 15 hours in a day even if go to people lead and Manager they don’t bother about it they simply say we will check with client but they never support us on anything and especially one client was worst which I worked for I don’t say company culture bad but depends on client

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

salary increment is very low, no promotions , everything is on managers hand and HR plays no role, lot of nepotism. No job security. Lot of Mental torture as there is no raise and managers has everything in hand which results in no motivation in office

They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Hence accenture is a great company for working standard but i did work started in Accenture past 2 years but still in contract.. why there are taking such huge time for conversion is an question mark .. they can improve to get fast card convertion.

local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More
