They hire me as contractor for CTSD project and I worked hard and gave my best in last 2 years but they didn't hire me as permanent employee even they always said to me that we will hire contractors after 6 month or 1 year as per ur work I did my best to get permanent employee even they didn't hire me and they said again and again wait for 12 months then Said after 18 months will hire you and when I completed my 18 months they said policy got changed will hire you after 24 months even then I Ok no worries and I worked at Accenture with full energy and hope that I will definitely get permanent employee but in my 23 month I got mail from my vendor that my contract time has been passed and my last working day will be in next month August 2024 even I was shocked and ask my manager he said that will do something but they don't do anything for me and I have to left my job and no one helped me even I gave my best for my project but in that project people behaviour are very bad no one have no manners how to talk and treat with the employee very very bad I will never forget my experience with Accenture CTSD project Specialy for Madhusudhan who is the manager and Sagar chandra,Geeta rajbhar they are very bad people their behaviour are very bad they always tried to Let out the people in this project so that the can live longer in that project...... And yes if I talk about my salary Even I didn't receive my salary yet it has been 2 months completed now I m calling, mailing from sept month but I didn't receive my salary and no one is helping me no one is giving reply on that that when I will get my salary even update with my manager also multiple times but he always same reply thet I will check....very very very bad company never ask anyone to join there or didn't think that you will get permanent employee even You give your best but they will always save there own money and job not your job. Upskill training and opportunities to grow. I you can work beyond work hrs to give time in trainings you can learn many in demand technologies. Internal job changing options are there but that depends on what technology you are working.

Many projects have toxic work culture but HR is there to help if it's needed. Work culture completely depends on the project we are into. HR policies are Good though.

Nothing to like Too much responsibility with such a lower pay. Constant micro management. The governance layer set unrealistic expectations with client and forcing the team to fulfil it. Team structure not balanced. Too much pressure on development team

You can learn a lot here with compromise on work life balance. Some seniors not available to resolve your queries when in doubt, but gives toms of feedback when send for review and blame everything on you. No work life balance, expect you to work on unreasonable deadlines.

Kanika Saini and Yogendra Srinivas too 2 lacks to approve Probation since it was very worst experience with Accenture, I never expected this kind situation in Accenture, all saved money took by both of them... Since they have a group and they plan nicely all together took money and took release from project and moved to New project,she made around 20 lacks from team.. she always like who gives costly gifts and who invites her for good restorants ... She target who not listen to that lady and Yogendra... Worst experience and HR also involved I guess since hd not took any action against them post complaint also....Read More

This used to be an organization where learning and growth were priorities. Today, all this company thinks about is skimming money from clients and employees. Worst place to work

The moment your boss understands that you're an agreeable & intelligent person, your life becomes misery. They will put all the load on you and keep telling you to wait until you hit their "MAL" requirements for the next level. For people they have good relationships with, or those that could be an attrition case, there's no MAL requirement. These people can be promoted as soon as required. The company thrives on overselling crap to clients like genwizard and myconcerto which costs millions of dollars but is mostly built of the same splunk that the client generally has already 😂😂 Then there's the non stop nonsense about business value to clients. Idc surveys say that Accenture fails to deliver industry knowledge or business value. Most of their cutting edge thinking lags what clients are already doing in the industry. Even the likes of TCS have better tools and solutions compared to this organization. Overall an organization built on hype, and gaseous marketing with mostly poor leadership that cannot find a way to growth even with a map in their hands. All they can do is exploit top class people to serve their own penny pinching agendas...Read More

Zero work life balance. Managers are very partial. Favouritism on the peak.1% Promotion that would also be based on favouritism. 9 hours shift to say however it would be of 11/12 hours because of over burden.
