The option to learning and expand the learning horizon. Given the fact Accenture is a large organisation with multiple client engagements within multiple industries. This will provides an option to all its employee to experience and have exposure to multiple systems and process.

Dislikes

Things are quite bureaucratic and red tapism for a lot of things. Work life balance is almost non-existent. The leadership is very keen to increase revenue and financial but not keen to develop people and increase employee satisfaction.

Policies are good, working with big organization like Accenture gives greater span and wide range of experience, I have transitioned operations (US, UK) at my past organizations, also got opportunity in Accenture too(SA) which was comparatively very well organized, safe and hustle free.

Dislike work life balance, endless tiring stretched working hours due to spineless ignorant mgmt. delays, Team management is painful & sometimes immoral due to such office politics Work environment is not conducive for innovations & motivated efforts Slow growth if you do not have god father in mgt. its total lobby system above Asst. Mgr. levels

Initial 2yrs managed transition AP Ops of 5 Latin countries, later US, Canada & Mexico also added. Moved to new project (2yrs) of Middle East & SA did onshore ops transition. Last year...was working with global board managing AP MIS, Analytics
