It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Good at good experience to join form level 9 and above.

Dislikes

No proper management to give promotions and appraisals. For many years you may stay with same salary and on same career level.

It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

Doing Hard and smart work will not provide carrier growth, only maintaining Yes boss and gossip can help carrier growth.

local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. Bad middle management. People who are not even lead level are managers here . You will not be recognised even when the client has rave reviews about you . There is something fundamentally gone wrong with Accenture recruitment and promotions .50:50 is fine but make sure that it is a credible 50:50

Most of the things are to be disliked in Accenture. Like their managers thinks they own you. They hire some mediocre as a TL and never give chance to a deserving candidate. They promote based on their benefits and not based on the employees good work.

I have joined last year only in September. Until now work was okay.

Dislikes

The account am part of is making their own rules to follow on top of organisation rules for RTO. Also no transparency in work and team, we were asked to login and work for more than 10 hours. We were asked to go to office in day time and complete 6 hours in office and then come back home and login again till 10:30 to support client.

The Major Pros of Accenture is it's perks and attractive salary for which every employee crave for. Growth and learning is also captivating.

Dislikes

As I was in Customer Support, maybe due to this profile there is no work from home or hybrid culture, or any work life balance. This is totally personal comment and thought on this. Otherwise everything was good in working with Accenture.
