Work culture is very good. People get your feedbacks and understand you well. Your colleagues are supportive and friendly but depends on project as well but mostly good. If lucky you will end up in good projects working in latest technology but SAP and CRM tools dominates most. If you are from SAP and other CRM tools I recommend you to join. Onsite are depends on projects and very rare

Dislikes

The pay and hike is very low like WITCH though it's a premium brand. Like other companies people don't value existing employees irrespective of skill and contribution and paid less. Even freshers and new hires could be paid more than you even though they don't do much work as you. There are bit of politics and favouritism but won't affect you much.

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

Leave structure is good, can be taken easily.

salary increment is very low, no promotions , everything is on managers hand and HR plays no role, lot of nepotism. No job security. Lot of Mental torture as there is no raise and managers has everything in hand which results in no motivation in office

Work life balance, people are nice to talk with. Meaningful tasks and communications.

Dislikes

Their promotions are not that great as of now. But I am sure they will compensate for it in near future.

Inconsistency in hikes from few years, new joiners are not getting hikes after their first year. Most people didn't get any hikes in 2 years.

Non IT No value for employees. People don't get P ROMOTION or P ROGRESSION. Extreme fa vour ism, po li tics too the c ore Only if you are in favor of m anagement, bu ttering, b oot lic king then you will be considered for Promotion or Progression If they dont need any employee . They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Cannot raise C oncern, CO MPLAINTS, p o s h, g rievance, or any concern since if you raise it will be assigned to the same manager of yours. Third party verification, is out of scope. Hence accenture is a great company for working standard but i did work started in Accenture past 2 years but still in contract.. why there are taking such huge time for conversion is an question mark .. they can improve to get fast card convertion.

Regarding card convertion its take above 2yrs for contract to green card still i did not converted😒
