Tons of things to say. First of all, no good trainings given to the new employees. All the team leaders, bosses and managers are in real hurry from day one. There is no proper introduction given about the company and also about the works/tasks we are supposed to do. The place we work is dirty, noisy and ergonomically poorly designed. Other senior employees laugh, talk, murmur while working so it gets very difficult for the new comers to work in a focused manner in a quiet environment. Hardly any breaks for food in a 8-10 hrs shift. Lastly Accenture hired me in a rotational job shift but after clearing all my interviews when I was hired I was out to work only in night shift. I also questioned them that we had an agreement that I would be working in Accenture in a rotational shift position then why are you guys assigning me only night shift!? Well they were speechless and had their backs against the wall and didn’t have any answers. Such things happen in Accenture India. I would highly recommend people to first see the workplace, the work and the timings you all are getting hired for and then if everything is fine then only join. I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. They are not entertain other state people, means if you are from other state people except south india then they will be trouble, no1 support you, no1 will bother what you are doing atlast they will not give you anything and they will give you the different reason. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. People have their own projects and work independently with onshores and not Indian managers

Toxic work environment. If you raise genuine concerns or issues with management they will not listen and then tag it you as complaint box. This will also affect ur rating. Protect their favourites. People who butter the Indian leads gets promotion within a year or two and get good joke. Favouritism is very much prevalent.

If you’re looking for getting exploited go ahead and join S&C ACN. They make full out of you saying they handle strategy consulting projects whereas most of the work is IT based projects only and Operations support. The leadership sucks big time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.

Work culture is very good. People get your feedbacks and understand you well. Your colleagues are supportive and friendly but depends on project as well but mostly good. If lucky you will end up in good projects working in latest technology but SAP and CRM tools dominates most. If you are from SAP and other CRM tools I recommend you to join. Onsite are depends on projects and very rare

The pay and hike is very low like WITCH though it's a premium brand. Like other companies people don't value existing employees irrespective of skill and contribution and paid less. Even freshers and new hires could be paid more than you even though they don't do much work as you. There are bit of politics and favouritism but won't affect you much.
