Salary and the sign on bonus are the only good things here in this company.

Management treat the employees as slave and always wants the employees to work extra hours without extra pay. Also they expect people to attend training session on weekends without extra pay. No leaves are provided. Leave policy is just for name sake. Employees are forced not take breaks and unless you fight daily you won't be able to take breaks. Apart from good teammates nothing was good here. No proper training, no understanding or support from management. Management is the worst here. They don't follow any set of rules, they whatever they feel like.

I still regret my decision to join Accenture.

Dislikes

People at management level have zero knowledge about running a project. No cooperation at all from the leadership. Will swing you from one queue to another multiple times in a month. After leaving also, you won't get your F&f and relieving letter on time. Poor experience overall.
