While the company itself is great, the management could be much better. There are issue with the leadership, especially with some team leaders who tend to be rude and unapproachable, which negatively impacts morale. They asked me to leave in very short notice, because I did not serve cooling period between two joinings so they considered my 1st joining date and terminated my contract before 6 months.

Management is biased. Performance is not the createria of promotion. They have hire and fire policy. If they don't need you they will fire you without any reason.If they need you then they will Suck your boot(obviously this is about management). So, we prepared for your future course of action.
