I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. I have joined last year only in September. Until now work was okay.
The account am part of is making their own rules to follow on top of organisation rules for RTO. Also no transparency in work and team, we were asked to login and work for more than 10 hours. We were asked to go to office in day time and complete 6 hours in office and then come back home and login again till 10:30 to support client.
