No skilled job, their business is very simple to break fix computer hardware calls, no training methodology, no employee relation, absolutely no employee engagement, HR is just to fill replacement against attrition, please do not expect any salary hike whether you do good or bad, simple increase may come to your way every 2 - 3 years. No matter how you perform, please do not expect any appreciation or reward. But I must let you know that till I was there, they always paid salary before 3rd of every month.
