Only Onshore Leadership team is good in UK and US, locally hired leaders in India are from Indian MNC with Lala culture with corrupt mindset.

Newly hired Indian Leaders are corrupt and they started harrasing existing employees and forced to resign them and hiring their known people. Company has no values they have different policy for Leader and employees. They will hire you at high package and fire you with 6 months saying we dont have role for you.Leaders hired from Indian MNCs like AXA, Syngenta and they have created Indian Lala culture.If you want to work as freelancer then only this company is fine else a big no for carreer perspective....Read More
