Excellent opportunities to grow and develop skills, both via training/certifications or real-world experience. Work is challenging but rewarding and the company has a good record of promoting worthy members of staff. Colleagues are friendly and collaborate excellently as a unit to get the work done.

Work/Life balance is excellent on a day-to-day basis, but bottlenecks in workloads occur and can be difficult to navigate. Company culture is very focused on work, as deviation from the day-to-day generally has a significant impact on your workload.

A good variety of projects (from large-scale implementations to tailored architecture advisory) with different, international clients and technologies. Nice people make a good team. Top management / partners are approachable and willing to help. Working hours and location flexibility. Plenty of opportunity to growth and leave your mark, suggests improvements and share ideas.

Sometimes deadlines and workload can make the day-to-day challenging, but that's the consulting world. Managing/working with a fully remote team might be hard at times.

The learning and skill development opportunities are excellent .People are helpful and encouraging, and it's mostly work-from-home , which is really nice.

Dislikes

The Appraisal was disappointing due to challenges with management, and the night allowance is very less. Additionally, there's no allowance provided if work extends till 3 am or 4am , even though it's outside standard shift hours. There is noticeable mismanagement at lower levels.
