You might be handling multiple clients which is tiring. Most of the client's are retail based clients based out of uk so mostly the solutions are based on omnichannel solutions. Due to work timing you won't be having a social life because you often have to work till midnight from noon,you'll loose touch with your friends.

The learning and skill development opportunities are excellent .People are helpful and encouraging, and it's mostly work-from-home , which is really nice.

Dislikes

The Appraisal was disappointing due to challenges with management, and the night allowance is very less. Additionally, there's no allowance provided if work extends till 3 am or 4am , even though it's outside standard shift hours. There is noticeable mismanagement at lower levels.
