The learning and skill development opportunities are excellent .People are helpful and encouraging, and it's mostly work-from-home , which is really nice.

Dislikes

The Appraisal was disappointing due to challenges with management, and the night allowance is very less. Additionally, there's no allowance provided if work extends till 3 am or 4am , even though it's outside standard shift hours. There is noticeable mismanagement at lower levels.

Top management / partners are approachable and willing to help. Working hours and location flexibility. Plenty of opportunity to growth and leave your mark, suggests improvements and share ideas.

Sometimes deadlines and workload can make the day-to-day challenging, but that's the consulting world. Managing/working with a fully remote team might be hard at times.
