Unlimited PTO, some good managers

My job is to get leads for our sales reps. There’s definitely low morale on the new business side of the house, especially lending/credit, (the main business line). Not only are we all calling on the same execs in the institution as 4 other people, but there’s so many of us which reduces the amount of leads and calls one person can get. And getting leads isn’t as exciting as it used to be because our sales reps are no longer incentivized well/fair (in the division I call for). I honestly feel worse for them. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
