You get to learn lot of things as you are the only one designer over there, if your manufacturing engineer is on leave than you have to do both if your purchaser on leave then you have to purchase items, you have to deal with everyone.

Dislikes

You don't have specific job, job changes as the priority of your superior changes, don't get salaries on time have to wait for atleast 3months. During clearance also they won't clear your salary, leave salary, if complaint to labour dept. They give you threats about bad remarks on your experience certificate.
