The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I loved the fact that I was a part of the operation department. In this department, we get to learn relationship management. Gets handsome salary plus perks for our efforts which makes us keen to work more for the company. In this company, privilege is given to words like"we" not "I" and equality in position.

The work pressure is high. Managers do see backlog made by other people. People just want to see only the results nothing else. If results do not come then you are fired.
