The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I loved the fact that I was a part of the operation department. In this department, we get to learn relationship management. Gets handsome salary plus perks for our efforts which makes us keen to work more for the company. In this company, privilege is given to words like"we" not "I" and equality in position.

The work pressure is high. Managers do see backlog made by other people. People just want to see only the results nothing else. If results do not come then you are fired.

The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14 -16 hours in a day.i have to travel in night and work in day.manager's do not aprrove monthly expenses easily.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire east uttar pradesh branches.i have to distribute pamphlets in students on roads,out side the school and door to door. And also I have to manage all branch work like floor repairment.
