The most wonderful thing about this place is learning atmosphere, from the day one only this organisation gives equal chance to show the skills, and give you a proper training too after that set they benchmark wheather you meet or not it is your own calibrity. Promotion criteria is bit slow, it happenes according to the requirementsof the branch and zone. Job security is high compare to other places. I am completely satisfied with everything, but I feel that policies are a little strict at times.

The job is so interesting! It was quite difficult for me in the initial days of joining. But then multiple workshops and trainings helped me to improve my performance. I got multiple opportunities to add feathers to my success cap.
