There are Following points you have to know before joining. 1. Salary deduction very high. 2. No CL & EL 3. No festival leave 4. Do not expect good increment 5. As a design engineer you have to do everything related site even you have to go daily site visit. 6. Toxic office culture 7. You do not talk any colleagues because in work station you found 3 to 4 camaras surveillance. 8. All employees are unskilled This company does not care about his staffs....Read More
