I like how creative this company gets in fooling and scamming people through fake promises. Plenty of ideas there so yeah you have to give to them here. Currently it's fooling the public throughout manipulated and fake reviews on different platforms. It is unprofessional and selfish in nature. There's no guarantee of getting salary here despite working your heart off. Even if you get, you'll get it very late just like you'll leave the office very late everyday. They'll tell you that you'd be working till 7:30 PM but make you work till 9-9:30 If you're in the non sales team and even 10:30-11 if you are in the sales. They are nothing but mosquitoes, small in stature, no scope for growth with these tactics and they drink your blood for work. My experience has been great working here. I've been supported by my seniors at each level and any new ideas are heard and appreciated. The work culture is positive and the pay is great. The company never skimps on increments and promotions. You are freely given opportunities to prove yourself and get rewards once you do. The focus is on being open, transparent and positive.
