Nothing. Basically this is a project of the owner for his secure future. Nothing more Nothing less than that!

These are my experience based on the time I have spent here 1. You get here salary based on wrking hours which will be counted by Teamlogger installed on your personal computer whih takes screenshots every 30 seconds. No employee benifits. Just the money based on hours worked. 2. No cu lture. Literally no one works professionally here. No one knows the other person here. 3. Low Salary. Don't expect more then 15-25k salary that too based on working hours. They provide salary of ₹130-170 per hour. Just for context....you can make more as a Delivery guy! 4. No job security. I was literally told by the CEO that there is no long term commitment with the employees. Once the inhouse tools are deployed. It will be easier for us to work(basically you all will be sacked). 5.You have to clock 8 hours a day on timer running on your laptop. For that you atleast need to work 10-12 hours assuming you have other works to do at home since its completely WFH job( that too with extremely low salary). 6. Apart from that, there is lot of backbite around new employees and the level of disrespect from the upper management guys are terrible. All and all...0/5 star from me....Read More
